Hard to get to The bath cloths were stained. No ice in the whole hotel. No shampoo or conditioner in the rooms.

Nice hotel & convenient location Overall stay was good! Room was nice & pretty much clean! Floors in kitchen & bath areas are swept but dont think washed much! Spilled some water on floor when I was filling ice trays & when I wiped it up towel was filthy dirty!! Staff was very friendly & most were helpful but on the last night of my stay there were some young very unrully kids in the room above me & I complained to the very young girl at the front desk & she wasnt much help at all! OK place to stay. Good value Had a bit of trouble finding the entrance off Ulmerton; a roadside sign would have been helpful. Room was OKI. Breakfast offerings were mediocre at best.

Well priced basic accommodations with kitchen Stayed three nights -- have to request any kitchen stuff. Coffee pot leaked when pouring and handle was loose but it worked. No paper towels or such to clean up mess. Had to use kleenex.

Extended Stay in Carrillo Fl. not very friendly. Evening clerk could have been helpful and told us more on dishes and check out. Remote not in room, went up twice to office...she gave us one that didn't work when back she didn't have another. Told maintenence would be there Monday. Monday came had to call again, maintainable not there on mondays, manage called and said she would bring one down. Ask, ask, ask. dirty Garbage was still there when we checked in dirty room. Toilet would not flush. No towels or soap

FAMILY TRIP THE SECOND NIGHT WE SLEPT WITH NO AIR CONDITIONING. THEY MOVED US ROOMS THE NEXT DAY, THE FOLLOWING DAY THE MAID LET ANOTHER GUEST IN OUR ROOM WHILE WE WERE STANDING THERE IN OUR UNDERWEAR. THE OTHER HOTEL GUESTS WRE VERY NOISY.
