mediocher There were no cups or anything in the room (not even plastic cups); when requested,I was told they would bring some to the room but they never showed up. When I walked to office after waiting over an hour, the office was closing up.

not bad Bed was a bit hard but overall great area and plenty of room
It was wonderful. But i wish they would number the buildings an rooms bigger

We went on Memorial Day weekend and had to find a room but everything else in the area was sold out. The rate was much lower than other hotels that had sold out, so we expected it to be a dump but had no choice but to book it anyway. When we arrived we were greeted at the front desk with a very friendly and helpful receptionist. Our room was clean and well stocked and we had absolutely no complaints. Pleasantly suprised and will return again!

Great place to stay! The hotel staff was courteous and the room was more than I expected. It was nice to have a little kitchen to heat up breakfast and a beautiful bed with a couch to relax on. Rooms were clean and smoke free- LOVED this place. Plan to stay again!
Poor Housekeeping I used to stay here all the time and have always had great experiences. However, this was my first time staying here since they changed their name from Homestead Suites to Extended Stay America and I was a bit disappointed. After checking in, I approached my room door and it was open. There were leaves all over the floor, the trash can was full and filthy, the king size bed had a queen sized comforter on it, and there was no hot water.
