Clearwater visit Hotel was difficult to get to due to divided roadway.

Shell game My reservation was at 2311 Ulmerton rd location and instead was sent up the road to the Executive Rd location. Not sure why but the chaos was stressful enough trying to arrive at HSN on time but then being sent all over the place was over the top. Thank God the womend at the Executive Rd location changed my reservation so long was able to stay there and make it to HSN on time.

A+ for Courteous Staff, C- for Room Cleanliness The last few times I have stayed here, I have noticed the rooms are not nearly as clean as they used to be when the hotel was called "Homestead Suites". The staff is very courteous and attentive, but the rooms could use a better cleaning. The carpet needed to be vacuumed, and the coffee table and toilet were both dirty. Clean room, nice pool area, just minutes from the airport but very quiet. Would stay here again
Race Weeked Hotel Stay If you are looking for a clean and comfortable Hotel stay for the St. Petersburg Grand Prix Race weekend this is an excellent choice. The location of the hotel is just (10 min) from the racetrack and downtown St. Pete in car.
Too long in one place. We should have investigated other properties in the area since the Expedia commitment of two weeks was too long. The front desk staff were pleasant, cooperative, quick to solve problems and answer questions. Cooking and eating utensils were in excellent shape. The toaster could be replaced. It was within an hour of where we expected to travel; but, like I said, I'm sorry we had to stay for two weeks due to Expedia policy of up-front payment and no refund for early check-out.

First time guest I was very pleased except for the breakfast, it could have been more offered..overall I relaxed and loved the modern look..felt like home
Better value than other hotels in the area. Easy check in. Good proximity to my meeting location.
