Excellent rate. Hotel is a little dated but is undergoing renovations that should answer that. Location was great, handy by Templeton University
Great Room! Very surprised at the cleanliness and fresh air in the room (non-smoking). The small kitchen made me want to stay longer than just the night. Young man at the front desk was very helpful and considerate. The price was impressive.
I had to check in myself, attendant gave me the check in pad to do all of his work. Place was so dirty, so much smoke + non-smoking room was a smoking room. Outlets did work. I had to buy 2 air fresheners to try and get rid of that smell. Trash all over the property. This was a 1 night stay that was so bad, I should have stayed in my car. Bed: 3 paper thin pillows on a bed I can call a futon bed style. Towels must have been from others or got at a low class thrift shop. Stains in the bathroom. Please do not go there. Pictures are all lie! It is dedicated to home-less community ( no offence to them ) but I did not volunteer to live with them for my 2 day trip to Tampa after seeing pictures on Expedia. Only 1 person ( very kind ) managing all - reception, laundry, cleaning and unclogging toilets, so you can imagine the state. Pool not maintained, wait for reception for 30 minutes, hunt for the attendee, carpets smell like dog and cat pee, while property is deteriorating.
