Honestly, this was a terrible experience. I had a large studio where the kitchen was extremely dirty. The bathroom was old and also dirty. It smelled like cigarettes seeping through the walls. It was so bad. They changed my room on the first day. The staffer was nice, and upgraded my room, but it wasn’t much of an upgrade. This felt like a project building apartment stay. Horrible horrible stay I could not believe it I changed rooms three times to get a room full of trash bloody sanitation napkins wet towels no housekeeping service. The 2 days I was there waiting on a refund

I can start off by saying the paint on the door is horrible looks like a Texas chainsaw massacre door. But I tried to stay positive as I walked in the door I was greeted with a harsh hot smell of… that’s how bad it was I don’t even know how to describe it. The energy in the room felt like death. Eww It was disgusting, stained sheets, bugs, and smells from being fumigated earlier the same day! No refund given smh. Had to sleep in car. Receptionist very nice but things like that are out of her hands
