Don't stay unless you like Roaches Lots and lots of Roaches. I'll killed at least 6 before i fell asleep which took awhile as i was concerned about them crawling on me at night. When I checked out I asked to speak to manager and she was not available but nice front desk girl gave me the email address. Emailed her twice with photos of the dead roaches I killed and she still hasnt responded to me. Nice management!! Will never stay here again. Trying to upload pictures but it won't let me, what a surprise!!

When I checked into the hotel, they gave me keys to a room that was already occupied. I walked into an old naked guy laying on the bed. I had to go back to the office and get assigned a different room. I have PTSD because of this.

Manager was extremely rude, after being threatened of being banned, and proving I paid, she still didn’t apologize. The error was on another employee, not me. Instead I was warned of f what time I should check in to stay over.

They have us a room that already had people in it! Terrible stay. They have us a room with the TV blaring, a Big Gulp on the counter and the shower running. Someone was already in there! They have us a different room and it was nasty. Not going back there ever!

Nicole was the bright shining light in this place. The roaches, dirty floors and horrible smell of the facilities. This is ESA's culture. This was the second ESA we booked. Even their customer service associates within their call centers are rude and nasty. They are aware of the state of their locations and no one cares about it.
