Unclean property!! Out dated unit with bad cable service, very unclean an outdated….maybe it was just that unit idk

EVERYDAY and when I say every I mean EVERYDAY non of my key cards worked such a big inconvenience.

Absolutely filthy and outdated. No kitchen supplies at all. No plates. Not cookware. No utensils. There were no towels or soap in the room either. After viewing the room, we chose not to stay and the onsite manager provided a refund. She was kind and apologetic. The property owner should be ashamed of themselves marketing this property as an “Extended Stay” to unsuspecting out of town guests.

Please don’t stay here! When we got to front office to check in, it says online it’s self service. It’s not. The staff was friendly and upstanding but it took 20 minutes for them to check me in. And they seemed burnt out. They warned us of a cigarette smell in our room. Which if that would have been the only problem, it would have been sort of okay. But we get to the room and it was trashed from the last people. Not to mention, even after it was cleaned, it looks NOTHING like the photos. Cabinets were broken, one of the lamp... read more

Upon arrival I was greeted by an empty office, 15 minutes later someone showed up and checked me in. My room was disgusting. Human waste left in the toilet, stains and tears in the carpet and a nasty stench masked my overuse of air fresheners. Woke up with multiple bug bites.. gross!!Pay extra and avoid this hole.
