They did not have pillows for the pull out, we had to go buy some for our sons. It was not clean and our room had a hole in the bathroom door and knob was falling off and cabinets looked like they had been chewed on the corners. There was a dog across the hall that barked constantly. Breakfast was either a protein bar or small muffin.

Check in went fine but I don’t think they were happy we booked on Expedia bc of the low rate we got so he kept saying how they were sold out etc. our room was smelly and we bought some deodorizer's to try to help cover the smell. We were on the first floor and it was super noisy above us. The pull out mattress had a bunch of terrible looking stains. The complimentary breakfast was watery coffee and expired nutrigrain bars. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Way to phone it in you guys Not great. They denied receiving any details from hotels.com around my request for accommodations. I reported that we were bringing a service animal and that I have some mobility issues and would benefit from a room near the elevator or common area. I always send this well in advance so that the hotel can figure out where to put me that will make sense. They put me about half way down the hall which is not great. i paid extra so i could have a room with a kitchen and we were told they would have appliances we could request and when we did we were told there was none. i went to the store to buy my own, just to find out the stove didnt work. tried all 4 burners & none got hot. not only that, i had my baby crawling on the floor that was dirty especially around/under the beds.

We had a reservation for four people, and they only provided us three pillows. Even after asking repeatedly, we never got that fourth pillow during our entire stay, as they said there were no more pillows in the entire hotel.

Disappointed It wasnt like it was when I first came to the place year's ago tge furniture was old looks like the furniture when it was first Built Everything original disappointed upgrade slash facelift no pots or pans dishes cups silverware had to eat out
