The electricity went out and when I went to the reception to tell them about this situation, they were not there and We had to leave early in the morning.

I cannot begin to describe how terrible this experience was. We were denied towels. We had four people in one room and two people in another room. We were given two towels per room and told that that was enough. We asked for pillows for our pullout sofa and were denied. Despite having a full kitchen. They denied us any type of cups or things to cook food in our room. This hotel advertises that they have a free breakfast but it’s just a granola bar and coffee.

Better options nearby The bathroom had a newer vinyl flooring, but the rooms had very dirty, sticky carpet. There were stains on the walls and I dont even want to know what they were. A stay of less than 8 days will require a fee to have maid service. Their breakfast options consist of instant oatmeal or a packaged muffin. There is no hair dryer ( unless you ask for one at the front desk) and we had 2 (thin) towels for 3 people and one of those was either stained or dirty. Our room #205 smelled like rice and it was missing the tv remote control. The breakfast was meh and there were no napkins.

I've stayed in different Extended Stays hotel but no other like this one, and not in a good way. To start, I made reservations for a 2beds Room. It looked nice and clean in the pictures everything nice until we arrived at the lobby to this specific location! That is a horrible hotel. Very smelly from the entrance to the room. I asked to give me refund and I will choose another hotel and they declined. Finally my family agreed to stay and my kid is having breathing problem for the bad smell. AC also not working. Front desk also very bad attitude person.

Couldn't wait to reach home to shower The location is good. The kitchen in the room was dirty (stove and walls); the carpet floor was very dirty; I didn't take off my shoes. The good things were the clean and comfortable bed. The hallway was dirty. The front desk staff were friendly. Breakfast was only mini cupcakes (one-inch ones) and coffee (so one kind of snack with coffee, but not breakfast). I definitely will not stay there again.
