Terrible Breakfast. There was almost nothing in breakfast.
Way to phone it in you guys Not great. They denied receiving any details from hotels.com around my request for accommodations. I reported that we were bringing a service animal and that I have some mobility issues and would benefit from a room near the elevator or common area. i paid extra so i could have a room with a kitchen and we were told they would have appliances we could request and when we did we were told there was none. i went to the store to buy my own, just to find out the stove didnt work. tried all 4 burners & none got hot. not only that, i had my baby crawling on the floor that was dirty especially around/under the beds.
We had a reservation for four people, and they only provided us three pillows. Even after asking repeatedly, we never got that fourth pillow during our entire stay, as they said there were no more pillows in the entire hotel.
Disappointed It wasnt like it was when I first came to the place year's ago tge furniture was old looks like the furniture when it was first Built Everything original disappointed upgrade slash facelift no pots or pans dishes cups silverware had to eat out
Bathroom wasn't very clean. Hallway smelled like pot
The electricity went out and when I went to the reception to tell them about this situation, they were not there and We had to leave early in the morning.

I cannot begin to describe how terrible this experience was. We were denied towels. We had four people in one room and two people in another room. We were given two towels per room and told that that was enough. We asked for pillows for our pullout sofa and were denied. Despite having a full kitchen. They denied us any type of cups or things to cook food in our room. This hotel advertises that they have a free breakfast but it’s just a granola bar and coffee.

Better options nearby The bathroom had a newer vinyl flooring, but the rooms had very dirty, sticky carpet. There were stains on the walls and I dont even want to know what they were. A stay of less than 8 days will require a fee to have maid service. Their breakfast options consist of instant oatmeal or a packaged muffin. There is no hair dryer ( unless you ask for one at the front desk) and we had 2 (thin) towels for 3 people and one of those was either stained or dirty.
