Service Counts Room very nice...simple, clean and met all of our needs. Location was easy to get to and acees to many local attractions. Hotel staff VERY RUDE..tooo busy on the cell phone to be bothered with speaking to customers..sitting in chair no shoes feet up makeig personal calls major attiude to actually do job..little to know knowledege of hotel amentites ie did not know where pillows or towels kept..no cleaning service do to short stay..yet staff did not know where towels were located. day out I had plans to take my wife to the inner harbor so I wanted something nice where we could cookk and I like extended stays I thought I try this one the cost was great and the location was ok .There was somethings that could use attention in room like the fixtures was out dated but again you get what you pay for
Visiting sick sister Wish they had a gym!
A Bitter-Sweet Experience Our room was nice. The kitchenette was very convenient to have. Their was some hair on the bathroom floor and counter in the bathroom that had been left by a previous occupant. But all in all, not to bad. However, I unfortunately left an somewhat expensive item in the room. I called 30 minutes after I left and asked them to keep it for me until 10/1/09 when I was returning through that area. I was told that they would and being an honest person myself, I expected the employee's to be equally honest.... read more
it was good it was good for the price not great but good. we got what we paid for and it wasnt bad in any way would stay again if time permitted

Great staff, decent for a night stay. The roach in the kitchen that crawled in my food kind of ruined the night.
