Poor value, poor choice When I checked in, the front desk staff accidentally gave me a key to someone else's room. When I discovered the mistake and came back, no apologies or embarrassment. Another day, my hand was covered in sticky goo from opening the front door handle and when I informed the front desk, they had no intention of cleaning it. Have you ever wanted to sleep at a bus station? Probably one of the worst hotel stays in my life. I have no idea what is going on at this place, but literally people are walking, stomping, making noise, grunting and opening and closing doors non-stop all night. Literally at 3am when I was woken up by doors opening and closing in the hallway my room was in, above and below my room as well, very hard to sleep, and was very unsettling. The bed was awful! The bathroom wasn’t clean. We didn’t even shower. Checkin in, the guy didn’t say hello, I asked him if he could charge another card and instead he charged the card on file when i specifically said to not do that, the woman next to him refunded me right then and there- thanks have to wait for my $100 to go back into my account after a holiday weekend when I have bills coming out. There was a group of people there that tried to rob me in the parking lot. I left early. Beautiful room. Unsafe area. I only stayed hours . What a waste
