There was throw up on the carpet just before my door

The front desk closed down around 11pm and left a note to call 0 if assistance was needed… not response to our call. We were locked out of the front door for 1 hour until a guest was leaving.

I spent all night trying to fight off the STINCH in the room. The entire Hotel STANK!! I mean REEKED of B.O!! I sprayed disinfectant that I had with me, air freshener, I sprayed the bed, the curtains, I even sprayed bleach on the floor and the odor just would not let up!

J'ai réservé via Expédia pour éviter d'avoir des problèmes. Je suis arrivé sur place très tard 23h20, la réceptionniste me dit qu'ils n'ont plus de chambre lit king comme j'avais réservé, elle me propose une chambre deux lits doubles, ... ça me vas mais non elle me charge des frais. J'ai du me battre longtemps pour avoir une chambre sans les frais. De plus la chambre était non-fumeur mais ça sentait beaucoup la fumée. I killed about 20 roaches will never stay here again it stinks the tub was dirty just a mess

Mattress on the floor? Really? Average Love the free parking & location Love the price Did not love the bed. It was a box spring with mattress on the floor. No bed frame. Never seen anything like that at any hotel. I would of asked for upgrade but too tired.

I was disappointed. The room is smaller than pics, upon entering the kitchen counter was disgusting! With stains , scratches and chipped up counter tops! Microwave looks rusty, the bathroom counter top had green stains on it as well as was cracked! The toilet had black stains! On arrival they refused to let me use the bathroom in the lobby, so I ended up peeing on myself! No recliner chair in room as in picture.
