The online description is totally false . The overall experience was bad! The room had an odor, and the room just wasn't up to par.

What a night ! When we first arrived I waited 15 minutes for the guy to stop folding sheets and help me. Once being helped he assigned me to the first room. The room was filthy, urine in the toilet, trash by the front door and no sheets. So we went back and got another room. We went in the second room to find no sheets and a urine stain in the bed. That was unacceptable, so we went down and got another room. This room was better but service was terrible and so were the rooms.
Sleepless in Laurel I would not stay here again. The entire hotel smelled of cigarettes but worse than that, I requested the second floor and was told no. I was then put at the very end of the hallway next to an exit. I could hear people in the hall throughout the night and several times people tried to open my door. I did not sleep much, to say the least, and in the morning as I went to leave I noticed that my door was open slightly even though I locked it. very nice getaway The room was nice clean quiet its just the fornt desk person didin know anything took two hours just to get a room thats the only thing that needs working on
nightmare the worst hotel, dont ever stay there
The Worse One Yet I came to check in after a LONG DAY Of running around only to find out that I had to wait about 2-3 hours before I finally got a room. When I arrived a male at the desk by the name of Rudy was helping a party of 8 that was in front of me. Rudy never checked the computers, could hardly speak English and could not only help them but didn't do much for me either.
