Do not go here This was the worst stay possible! They have bed bugs do not go there! I was appalled when I realized that I was bite by bed bugs, I called the hotel and they told me it would take a week for them to call in some people to prove that there are beds bugs. I am still disgusted from my stay here! I am also paranoid that I brought some bed bugs back home!

Horrible experience i never got a room with the hotel, between hotels.com and extended stay they lost my reservation. I called on my way to confirm my reservation and hotels.com said it was good but extended stay said it was not booked. The hotel was overbooked and they did not have a room. The lobby was a mess people kept on coming to the lobby to complain about the room and they only had one person at the desk/hotel. Oy vey Made reservation for non-smoking room, 2 beds. It took 45 minutes to check in because of lack of staff and lack of clean rooms. When we got to our room late at night, the door was open, the lights and TV were on, the a/c blasting, and the windows wide open as if someone had just leapt out of them. Especially as the doors to the hotel itself were unlocked. I have never felt so unsafe in my life. Jessup week long business trip. Hotel was dirty, non smoking room smelled constantly of smoke. Fridge was dirty. Took two rooms to get a semi clean and acceptable room. Uncomfortable bed, sheets terrible with a very questionable comforter. Loud AC until they finally replaced it. Loud neighbors at night in hallways. Constant late night pounding upstairs and in the rooms on the side of mine.

Don't stay here Room was filthy, urine on the toilet seat, shower curtain was oily and looked like a Mechanic wiped his hands off with it. Customer service was non existent.

Horrible experience... Horrible. The room they gave us was a dirty, dingy, smoke infested bleep hole. We specifically requested non smoking since we can't stand cig. smoke. The person working behind the front desk couldn't understand English which made trying to get another room almost impossible, but since they didn't have any other rooms available we asked for a refund. The first and last time I use Travelocity's 50% When I made the reservation for the "secret deal" I was told this was a 3star hotel. Then I paid and was told the name, so I thought maybe this was a nice Extended Stay America. Upon arrival, I saw this was hardly a 2star and the place was dirty, floor was sticky, it had only one queen bed when I expected either 2 full/queens or a king. Poor choice on my part to trust Travelocity in this "deal".
