Very clean , It was bad they said they run out of cups and we have to beg the front desk for atleast paper cup . Nice people trying to make custmers happy but the don't have to provide what the custmers need

Horrible experience never checked in, after reserving room and receiving confirmation I arrived at hotel and was told there were No rooms available

the room looked as if the sheets were changed but nothing else since last people were there - Had to clean it ourselves- Hotel had no ice machine and the breakfast consisted of coffee- which they were out of- granola bars- and packets of instant oatmeal

never stay here horrible made reservation online got there had no clean rooms would not refund my money so had to wait 2 hours til 2am to get in the room i had paid for and booked online

I have went to Extended Stay before in different locations and I've never had a complaint until I visited the Extended Stay in Columbia Md, Jessup area. The room they gave us was was not cleaned up like it said in their system and so we had to go back and get another room. This happened to me twice at this location. So maybe another Extended Stay around the same location will provide better service

This place sucks! The maids never cleaned our room, we had to see for kitchen supplies because they weren't offered to us and there was only one person available at the front desk. There were very weird people hanging out around the hotel.
