I have went to Extended Stay before in different locations and I've never had a complaint until I visited the Extended Stay in Columbia Md, Jessup area. The room they gave us was was not cleaned up like it said in their system and so we had to go back and get another room. This happened to me twice at this location. So maybe another Extended Stay around the same location will provide better service

This place sucks! The maids never cleaned our room, we had to see for kitchen supplies because they weren't offered to us and there was only one person available at the front desk. There were very weird people hanging out around the hotel.

Just ok... I typically stay at the one in Annapolis but choose this one randomly. It was quiet but the room was dirty...had stains on the floor, someone's old wash cloth was left in the shower, one of the pillow cases didn't look clean and we weren't given enough towels or any wash cloths. Probably won't stay here again unless I had to. Guy at the front desk was slow on the computer side but friendly.

would not have extended my stay It was the worst experience ever. As a former Hotel Manager, This by far is the worst experience yet. Not only did they made a mistake on my reservation, i ended up paying extra money for one day.

Not the best but not the worst Not quite what I expected. The room was okay; bed was really uncomfortable and the entire hotel smelled like a stale pack of cigarettes.

Terrible Professionalism I was falsely charged a higher amount and was not told this happened, I found out by receiving a credit. They did not have the room I reserved (queen) and was given a double room to share with my 6'4 spouse. There were stains on the floor, no one came to clean the room, and we did not have a remote to the tv. The breakfast they refer too is fruit and granola bars. The hotel is absolutely too expensive for what it looks like if you can't get a deal on this room I wouldn't stay here again inside looks like a motel

Never again. Staff seemed indifferent and disinterested. Building reeked of smoke.

Very Bad Experience I wanted to get away for a night.. Take a breather. When I checked in and was given my room key, I walked into a room that was dirty and beds unmade. Then I was given a key to anther room and walked in on another guest sleeping; how embarrassing! This was my first and will be my last stay at Extended Stay. Not again!
