The room was clean, but that was the bare minimum expected. Cable was out. So was wifi, the entire weekend. Staff was mostly defensive when I kept asking about when both would be restored. I wouldn't let up and they finally gave me a couple of days refund...but I regret staying here at all.

We stayed at the property for the New Years Eve weekend to visit family. Our first room had a package of opened cookies that was left next to the microwave. One would assume that if cookies were left then the room was not thoroughly cleaned. We requested a new room and made the move. As we entered this room the front clerk was exiting with a cleaning cloth in hand so at least we had the "clean" smell. This property did not come with any extra, it stated breakfast it was instant oatmeal and coffee. It was a kitchenette without supplies not plate, pot, cup nothing not even a trash can. window cover were broken they only clean rooms once a week and had to call 3 time just to get extra towels.

Wasn't very please with the stay,but had to stay because had no other place to go.Next time will take more time to look over room more carefully.

Hair & urine on the toilet seat. Hair on the towel draped over the side of the bathtub. Hair hanging from the handle in the shower. Hair on the blanket in the bed. No bottled water in the vending machine, which there was only one of & it was on the 1st floor. No ice machines but our room did not have any ice trays. Smelled like smoke & burnt grease in our room. Was just one thing after another after another. Very disappointed. Definitely not worth $165.00 for one queen bed for one night.

Hotel was dirty, smelled like smoke, burnholes in comforters, didnt seem safe

Service was very slow. Stood at the counter 2 different times for about 10 min with no one around. Room was dirty and beds weren't much bigger than twins.
