Staff was nice, Room was clean. Has a kitchen, but nothing in it, no dishes, no utensils, no coffee maker (Must ask front desk) also no complementaries. Room was smoke free, but whole hall smelled like cigarette smoke. NO BREAKFAST, like advertised. Sidewalks was not cleared of snow and ice had to carry stroller with baby over to get into the front doors. Not easily handicapped accessible.

Great stay It was very clean and comfortable. My second night, my neighbors were watching tv very loudly (but that’s not the hotel’s fault). The breakfast bar was limited in selection but high quality. The staff was helpful and friendly, which made me feel even more comfortable.
