The chair at the dining table was filthy and the bathroom sink drained slowly because the drain stopper was broken. Also no hangers.

Hotel was clean and conveniently located by interstate. Downside was you could hear the interstate traffic all night long. Across the street was a large park/recreation area with walking paths to stretch your legs after a day of traveling.
