Disappointing Checked in. Bags in room. Went out for a few hours. Came back. Someone else was in my room and my bags were at the front desk. Person at desk was apologetic and accommodating and found another room. However, I have never had this experience before and it is very concerning.

The receptionist took a bit to come out of her back office to check us in. More concerned about where we place the trash than anything. I’m paying $100 a night. I’m not taking out my trash. When I stayed 1 n. Not recommending this place ever. No hair dryer no dishes no cups Not happy with this place at all.

I got in the middle of the night I found roaches crawling around the kitchen when I mentioned to management it’s seem like they didn’t take me seriously for a$100.00 dollar for a room I should be comfortable

Horrible I booked this for 2 of my employees.The hotel was filthy, the rooms were disgusting, it smelled, had left over items from previous people. I pre paid and couldn't get my money back but they only stayed 1 night out of 3.
