Everyone at the hotel was very nice and accommodating, although the front desk didn't seem to have sufficient staff at times. The air conditioner in my room did not work during my 2-day stay and I felt a little uncomfortable (as I was staying alone) to be placed at the very end of a long hallway. Could not get WIFI to work.

Excellent Time & Food Had a great weekend stay! The room was very clean, even the bathrooms. I always notice hotel tubs and this one was very clean! Lots of space to put luggage and such away and move around. The only negative would be the wifi did not work well at all, was very slow. Nice hotel in a great location The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was welcoming and pleasant and the queen suite we stayed in was very clean and presented well. The convenient location was very handy as it is located among a sea of shopping centers, a mall and eateries in every direction. Exactly what we asked for! Couldn't be happier!

The overall experience was fine but the room was booked for 2 adults and 2 kids with 1 bed and a pull out and we had to request bedding for the pull out. Also they were extremely short staffed that weekend

The customer service at this place is not professional at all. Receptionists are rude and not professional at all. There was a mix up with my room, which to me was not a big deal. But these women could not agree on how to fix the issue and they were having a disagreement that was not needed in front of me and my parents. One of them decided to just walk away and leave because it " was not her problem" to deal with. no receptionist at Desk waited at least 10 mins. TV was analog cable, terrible quality.
