Fire alarm went off in neighbors room and they couldn’t get it shut off. Morning front desk team leader was rude unprofessional!
The first staff I met was terrible. She addressed my concerns without care or courtesy and behaved badly toward her colleague. She put me in a messy, spider-web-infested room. Bravo to another aged front desk employee, she was understanding, helped me switch rooms, and made my stay almost enjoyable.
Need more parking
No actual breakfast only small packaged muffins and granola bars. The hotel also had a weird smell and the sheets on the bed were thin. This did not feel worth it for the price. We have stayed at similarly priced hotels where our rooms were much nicer.
While the technician and front office were very helpful, this is an old building, the AC made a lot of noise, Microwave was non functional howerever the technician was helpful and fixed it. the food Option are literally nothing. more of grab a bar and go
