Convenient area. Comfortable Furnishings The room was big and comfortable as far as the furnishings. The heat was impossible to regulate. It was very cool in the room with no way to adjust the heat.

clean and comfortable the hotel was super clean, updated and a good location. the attendant at the front desk, geralanda was extremely helpful when I wanted to cancel one night stay through Expedia . you have an awesome employee with her.

Convenient This hotel was very convenient - close to the highways and Mapfre Stadium.

Nice clean place. Not a lot of extras but over the staff was nice a the facility was clean. Bed was super uncomfortable.
Great value and very clean Had an excellent stay! The manager Marcie was outstanding and very accommodating.
The room needed to be vacuumed and more rubbish cans available. I couldn't find any except in the bathroom.

I was in Columbus for my fall internship conference. I needed somewhere to stay the during my conference and decided to stay at this hotel because of the cost and location. I will never stay at this hotel again for my room had a funny oder to it, the room felt dirty, room service never came, they only providedo pre-packaged muffins for breakfast, my bed was hard, and the pillows were flat.
