Great place for 1 or 2 nights, close Interstate Great place for 1 or 2 nights, close Interstate and shopping area, you need to ask for cups, plates, shampoo or even bath tissue and the lady on the front desk was always friendly and provided all we request. We would stay again

Nice hotel, shopping, restaurants clean, quiet and right in the middle of shopping, close to I 270. Enjoyed my visit to Columbus and to the hotel.

A life saver Considering that I had to be switched from my original booking to this location... this option was amazing. Very roomy, clean and comfortable.

Bugs bugs and more bugs. Main issue was that there were bugs in the rooms. The first room we went into we saw bugs and then decided to ask to be moved. When we got to the second room on a different floor, again, there were bugs.

Horrible Service There was urine left in the toilet when we arrived. The person below is complained about our kids walking on the floor and the front desk employee kindly introduced him to my husband so they could argue it out. He then proceeded to discuss the situation with another guest who wasn't involved. Very disappointed with the service. We had to take our towels to the front desk to get fresh ones and weren't given additional pillows for our pull out bed.
