Nice hotel, shopping, restaurants clean, quiet and right in the middle of shopping, close to I 270. Enjoyed my visit to Columbus and to the hotel.

A life saver Considering that I had to be switched from my original booking to this location... this option was amazing. Very roomy, clean and comfortable.

Bugs bugs and more bugs. Main issue was that there were bugs in the rooms. The first room we went into we saw bugs and then decided to ask to be moved. When we got to the second room on a different floor, again, there were bugs.

Horrible Service There was urine left in the toilet when we arrived. The person below is complained about our kids walking on the floor and the front desk employee kindly introduced him to my husband so they could argue it out. He then proceeded to discuss the situation with another guest who wasn't involved. Very disappointed with the service. We had to take our towels to the front desk to get fresh ones and weren't given additional pillows for our pull out bed.

OK visit Front door key entry did not work at night and desk was vacant. Had to walk to side back door. Room Air conditioning unit functioned but not well. Staff at front desk during checking was excellent and friendly.

Room was clean and served purpose of needing somewhere to stay for the weekend. Bed was not as comfortable as other hotels but still slept fine.
