Clean, comfortable at a terrific price Two night stay over the weekend. Great value and very comfortable. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. This is not a luxury hotel, but if you are looking for a place to stay you can not beat the price I got through Hotels.com! I would stay again and again... comfort exceeds price by a large margin. It was okay for one night. Not bad for the price, could be cleaner, service sucks after 10 pm and before noon. Shouldn’t have to wait 15 minutes to check out.

My only complaint is that when I went downstairs to get extra blanket and pillow for pullout couch I was informed that if there were already sheets on it that they would need to be changed as it is standard procedure to leave the sheets folded in the closet of the room not on the pull out couch, which meant that the room was not properly cleaned. The lady who brought everything was excellent in redoing all beds and the couch so that it was all fresh.

Nice location Good size room with new finishes but the tub did not have a working drain plug. The microwave was old and not working properly. We had to slam the door to get it to latch, not good at night when you want to kids to sleep.

Wifi wasn't working in the evenings. The hotel staff said they were having problems with it recently. Overall it was clean and comfortable. Good value. Only problem was we booked a King room but they overbooked (hotel or hotel.com, not sure) and they couldn't give us a King room. It was substituted for a Queen room at the same price, they were not able to refund since we booked through hotels.com.
