Wifi wasn't working in the evenings. The hotel staff said they were having problems with it recently. Overall it was clean and comfortable. Good value. Only problem was we booked a King room but they overbooked (hotel or hotel.com, not sure) and they couldn't give us a King room. It was substituted for a Queen room at the same price, they were not able to refund since we booked through hotels.com.

Great Area Really enjoyed the area. Hotel staff were extremely nice. Mattress was way too hard.

Not Terrible, Not Great The room was clean, but the tv had problems working and there was a weird clicking noise in the middle of the night coming from the bathroom, which made it difficult to sleep. The complimentary breakfast consisted of two cereals, prepackaged oatmeal and muffins, granola bars, and orange juice. Overall, our stay was ok, but not great.

Great place for 1 or 2 nights, close Interstate Great place for 1 or 2 nights, close Interstate and shopping area, you need to ask for cups, plates, shampoo or even bath tissue and the lady on the front desk was always friendly and provided all we request. We would stay again

Nice hotel, shopping, restaurants clean, quiet and right in the middle of shopping, close to I 270. Enjoyed my visit to Columbus and to the hotel.
