Disappointed The hotel was dated and never saw housekeeping. The front desk would close and seemed like no one was on-site from 10 pm to 8 am.

A very stale smell in the room, the flooring carpet was gross, the creepy people in the halls & a woman in the elevator flashed me her gun she was carrying. Never again.

This is the worst hotel I have ever encountered in this area. Its a stripped bare place with a kitchenette and no utensils or even a cup. Mold and mildew everywhere, no outlets to plug in a phone. Plugs/outlets behind the box springs of the bed. Ceiling in the bathroom was disgusting with brown droplets dried. They have used that counter repair paint to coat tubs, walls, sinks, etc. and its peeling. Dogs are allowed but the place is just nasty and cheap. Staybridges next door is about 3 steps above. When I check in, Front Desk Stuff was unprofessional and unknowable. I arrive just few minutes before Midnight, room was booked Under my Name. I didn't have Driver Id, I had USA Passport. Front Desk Lady, told me I cant check in without Driver License , why??? After All day Traveling from Europe 22 hours, I was kicked out from Hotel, without any Reason. Left on the cold weather outside, very rude, unprofessional behavior of the Front Desk. Without Cell phone I was forced out and with all bags to walk on the very Cold weather... read more

At at 1;30 morning someone kept knocking on door, loud music playing outside all night and man passed out from drugs or something outside hotel door with cigarettes smash up around him in the carpet. No staff on duty during the night. They shut down where you check in with looked like a hurricane shutter. Scary experience. Left at 8;30 morning still no staff yet.

Fine but not worth the money It was not horrible, I felt safe, it was clean and had a comfy bed. But no breakfast, no coffee, cigarette burn stains in a non-smoking room with that "coverup the smoke" smell. For an "extended stay", there were no kitchen supplies and the refrigerator was loud. I will avoid this one in the future.

Not great I don’t normally write reviews, but there’s a few things I wanted to inform future guests… First, The staff was very friendly and cordial. Hotel isn't upscale by any means, but the room was clean. Now, for the negatives: 1. The site advertises free breakfast, but what they offer isn’t anything close. They put out coffee and prepackaged muffins in the morning. That’s it. There’s no hot food, and no place to eat. 2. The bed was horrible, could feel the springs in it and there was blood spots on the door frame going into the bathroom.

Stay Away! The service was terrible. Shante was rude and unaccommodating at the front desk. The rest was mediocre at best. There are better options. STAY AWAY!
