Horrible experience Hotel in general was filthy and loud, room was dirty and smelled horrible. Waiting for my refund. Invest in people that care about how the hotel looks at arrival

First thing to know is they do not clean the rooms. It is not a "hotel", with housekeeping every day. I stayed 3 nights. I inquired why my room was not being serviced. Front desk person told me they "clean rooms once every two weeks." I had to take out my own trash and had to request fresh towels.

La limpieza la ropa de cama es mala, había cabbelo en las almohadas, la limpieza en el baño deficiente, también había cabellos en la bañera y un olor muy fuerte drenaje.

Disappointing. They should not advertise free breakfast. They have only very limited carry out snacks. Pillows were so thick that I couldn't sleep and got up with sore neck. First room smelled like cigarette smoke but they did move us.

Bad night sleep Fairly out dated hotel, which isn't too big of a deal. But very loud overnight in the hallways, doors opening/closing at 1a, a dog was barking, noise in the parking lot, never got my extra pillow. Not worth the stay to save a few $$
