Room was dirty, we were handed a sweeper to clean it! Drain cover missing in shower, bed framed swayed afraid it would break, vent in the bathroom broken, light over stove broken, outlets on the back wall didnt work, fridge had rust in it, the fan or motor in the frezzer was so loud it woke us up when it turned on. Just overall not well kept. We can accept outdated but not dirty.

Bed was beyond uncomfortable and it doesnt offer many amenities in the room like other hotels do

I booked this place because it said free breakfast available; however, there was no breakfast area or tables to eat and there really wasn’t any breakfast available except free coffee and tea and they only had packaged muffins out under their coffee setup by their front desk lobby. They shouldn’t advertise free breakfast available it is more like a breakfast snack with no other options.

If I could give this hotel 0 stars, I would. The hotel was in okay condition, but when I got to the room I was extremely disappointed. The room smelled like they sprayed air freshener in the room. When we came back from dinner I thought I smelled cigarettes, but I couldn’t be for sure. Well when we woke up the room reeked of cigarette smoke. And it was worse in the bathroom. Bed bugs in two different rooms. Shower was clogged. Didn’t know when the last time it had actually been cleaned.
