In need of some repair We stayed for two nights. The headboard of the bed (padded vynil) was seriously damaged with large cuts and scratches. The pillows were lopsided and tiny. A bedside lamp had a short and I had to plug and unplug it to turn the light on. The door to the room was not sealed well, so every sound and conversation in the hall seemed to be in the room. Customer Serivce was Deceptive We booked this hotel for a night, and reserved a two double beds in a non-smoking room. At the time of check-in, the front-desk goofed up and gave a small room with a single bed for four of us. I Had to go back to front desk and change the room. When we walked into the room, it was a smoking (we reserved a non-smoking) and we were so tried and had to settle we this non-smoking room. Smoke much? A non-smoking room was ordered, even though one party does smoke. The entire hotel smelled as if it had been a full smoking hotel for the last 20 years and converted into having nonsmoking rooms. They try to hide this with air fresheners. It's horrid to sleep in as the bedding smells worse than the rooms. We had the windows open to try and help but it did not much. I wouldn't go back simply for the fact that I can't deal with that much inhalation for an entire night.

No Sleep! The beds were harder than the floor and you were given one pitiful pillow per person! The kitchen is a great idea but not worth losing rest fro!

I wouldn't again... [...] I pre-paid for a deluxe room, non-smoking with a queen sized bed. [...] When I came in she immediately defaulted me to a smoking room, then said, that she didn't have a room for me even though she had my reservation. I ended up with a handicapped room lol. Regardless, her excuses were unreasonable and attitude totally non-sympathetic, If I were less patient and not there for business I would have complained but I said it's just one night. VERY Disappointed Hotel was below standards for this chain. Entry way, hallways filthy and smelly. Kitchen sink leaked. Bed very uncomfortable. Won't stay there again sorry to say. The staff at desk was very friendly. However final day-when checking out-there was no one at the desk that could operate the computer at 7:30 a.m.

Extended Stay Deluxe Corpus Christi - Staples Bathroom had mold around tub and at bottom of shower curtain. Asked for 2 additional pillows, never received them. No breakfast provided / nothing at all as per the info given.
