If I could leave zero stars, I would. If I could leave zero stars, I would. The room stank, and was dirty. The pull out bed, which we were assured would have blankets and sheets for our daughter to sleep on, had NOTHING on it, and the mattress was disgustingly stained from obvious "adult" activities. When we called down for atleast a pillow for our daughter they said "the bed in the room has extra pillows. use one of those" We had to use a blanket from our bed for her as well. Bad Experience in Corpus Chirsti. I am 68 yrs old, traveled for business my whole career and this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. This place had no ice anywhere in the hotel, not even an ice bucket in the room, no coffee in the room. The room had a full kitchen with not a single utensil in it. The internet did not work, front desk to me to call some 800# and see if they could work it out. I have stayed at Extended Stays before, even this one and was pleased, but not this time. Non smoking room reeked if smoke! Very crappy. Expedia charges me before they were supposed to. The room smelled awful! Cigarette burns n the curtains and in the table. Not enough pillows and non available. The bed was nor comfortable, the pool was gross fire ants everywhere. Never again! Want my money back!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I walked in and I smelled something a little foul. I assumed it was old furniture so I fell asleep (it was fairly late when I checked in 2:30am). When I awoke I still smelled the foul odor so I started to inspect my area. I come to find the stench coming from the comforter I slept in! Hotel seemed to house unusual patrons. Checked I with a woman crying on the hotel front desk phone. Needed a room. Cops were called. Really uncomfortable. Considered leaving but it was late.

BAD EXPERIENCE VERY EXPENSIVE FOR THE TYPE OF HOTEL AND ROOM, THERE WAS NO SERVICE TO MAKE THE ROOM, BATHROOM AND SHOWER WERE NOT CLEAN, BASIC TOILETRIES WERE NOT PROVIDED, WIFI NOT AVAILABLE UNLESS YOU CALL TECH SERVICE TO HELP YOU, BUT FIRST THEY TRY TO SELL YOU UPGRADED WIFI SERVICE.

Extended Stay good for temp housing I have better towels in my rag bag. Room rate more expensive than other motels in area & at other motels, we are provided bed making, clean towels daily & coffee in the room as well as a nice breakfast. Left Extended stay after one nite and went to Best Western down the street for the rest of our time in CC. Better service, room on first floor, coffee in the morning & a good breakfast.
