**READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING** This hotel claims that they are a non smoking hotel but the room I was given smelled like someone litteraly smoke a cigar in it minutes before I walked into my room. It was so bad that I had to leave the windows open for 3 days and I used 2 bottles of Fabreeze to help reduce the smell. The carpets are dirty and have burn holes in them and the room appears to only get "put back in place", not cleaned when people check out. First time at this hotel I stayed at this hotel to attend a wedding. I booked in advance so I got a great deal. Would I stay here again? Probably not. Room didn't seem clean. This hotel allows pets so there was a certain smell in the hallways and in the rooms. Fire alarm woke me up in the morning and one of the long term guests informed me that it happens 'all the time.' Then the morning that I was going to leave, the electricity was completely cut off from 4 am to 5:30 am but this may likely be something with the power grid... read more

Seriously?? We reserved a room with two double beds and we were given a room with one double bed and a sofa bed. When we told them we reserved a room with 2 double beds we were told this was what they considered a room with two double beds! Seriously?!?!

ok laoction well it was a bit small the bed was alright and had lots ofmconstruction goin on it was a okay hotel but not a 3 star like it said

Queen sized bed my ***!!! I thought I was getting a queen sized bed for my girlfriend, our son and myself...but I was sadly mistaken as us 3 barely fit on that full sized bed. The hotel itself is nothing to brag about. The front desk lady was very nice and there is construction right in front of the entrance, but of course that's not the hotel's fault.

We did not have a good experience . The person above our room did not let us rest. We complained to the front desk twice and we were not move to another room My wife is 8 months pregnant and my daughter is 2 years old. We did not sleep at all

I think we got the "armpit suite" - yuck We stayed two nights, and it was an exercise in disappointment. We booked 2 beds but all they had left was one bed. The room stunk so badly of cigarette smoke we gagged when we entered. (The staff offered air freshener spray.) The carpet and the couch were rather badly stained. The blanket under the bed's comforter was covered in short, black (dog?) hair. On the other hand, the bathroom was very clean and the recliner was comfy. Not Deluxe It is certainly not deluxe. The outside carpet was old and stained.
