Poor Not clean at all

Not good Older a/c system. Hair found in the bathtub. Older building

Es lag in einer Gegend, in der man noch keine anderen Hotels findet. Das Frühstück war nur Kuchen und Kaffee.

MENTIRA QUE TIENEN DESAY. No hablan español los re Mala atención se la recepcion. Ofrecen desayuno en la reserva con y solo tienen café, te y chocolate. Dicen que no es su problema. Solicitamos platos para la.habitación y se demoraron mucho tiempo para llevarlos. No estuvimos conformes con el servicio. Los recepcionistas n9 hablan español

Poor My room had been smoked in !!! Hotel was dirty and smelled terrible. When I asked for an extra pillow you would have thought I asked the lady for her arm.

Bad service! Had my reservation cancelled even after I called to verify resevation and arrival time!

Weekend stay I have never had to ask for toilet paper, towels, blankets and sheets for a pull out couch. They didn't have enough pillows either. Then I wanted to get a coffee pot but they don't have filters (didn't help me) and when we were leaving they had already pulled up the coffee in the lobby at 9 am and ran out several times. It was clean and location was good. Staff was very nice but limited on what they could help with. Our stay was just ok. Bed was really uncomfortable. They need to address the slow draining tub. Room was pretty clean but we did kill a roach in our living area as well found little black bug in the kitchen on the counter. My daughter accidentally left behind two new boxes of tampons in the restroom drawer, and when we went back to retrieve our items front desk didn't have them, they were no longer in the room and housekeeping didn't have them. Nice on the Outside, Not So Great on the Inside Positives: staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Kitchen area was great, with a nice, large fridge. Good location. Negatives: Hallways dim and not vacuumed. Our room had a very noticeable musty, dank smell-- had to buy an air freshener to try to mask the unpleasant odor. When we got into the room, a spider was crawling on the A/C unit, and unbelievably, found a live, black beetle crawling in the sheets the first night!!
