Extended Stay good for temp housing I have better towels in my rag bag. Room rate more expensive than other motels in area & at other motels, we are provided bed making, clean towels daily & coffee in the room as well as a nice breakfast. Left Extended stay after one nite and went to Best Western down the street for the rest of our time in CC. Better service, room on first floor, coffee in the morning & a good breakfast.

Not recommended. The room smelled aweful. When I got to my room I had to wait on the cleaning crew to finish cleaning it. They left the trash can full of trash. The room only had one small thing of shampoo and one small bar of soap - no cups, no coffee pot, no iron, no laundry bag, no conditioner, no lotion, not even a spare roll of toilet paper.

just ok First room was not clean, hotel staff was very nice and upgraded room. But even at that the beds were sup par. And need some serious updating, tvs very fuzzy. And breakfast free is just granola bars and coffee. Would not stay here again

Got the wrong room reserved A horrible hotel experience. On arrival I found out my reservation was a queen size bed room. I had reserved a room for 4 people that included a sofa sleeper. The hotel staff told me it was not their fault and that I should talk to hotels.com about it. After some time trying to get it taken care of it the manager finally offered to comp me another room, the only other one available which was a queen bed also but smoking. I took it. hmmm Housekeeping never showed up. Gave me a room on a floor that they were changing the carpet. Would try a different place but this location was perfect for me.

Younger generation failure Hotel reception was to busy pleasing potential female customer instead of checking us in, was given key an checked in 20 min later after his hormones finally leveled off.

Great if you have pets When I stay at hotels I don't like to hear doors slamming and dogs barking. You get a lot of both at this hotel. Other than that, the room was clean and much larger than most hotel rooms. The continental breakfast was just coffee and cheap muffins.

Just okay... I read some of the other reviews before booking, and it really is a "no frills" hotel. I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. The location is great! I was in town visiting a sick family member, and it is very close to Spohn South hospital, and lots of shopping and restaurants. I thought the staff was okay. They were friendly, but didn't go out of their way to say hello or see if I needed anything. When I got to my room, I was disappointed in the carpets. They were stained and a little torn up. Do not waste your money! I would never recommend this hotel to anyone! We booked for a 2 night stay and my brother found a hotel for $10 more at Courtyard Marriott that was a 5 Start Rating hotel! First of all, when we arrived for our first night the hotel clerk Bell was unwelcoming. She looked up at me as I walked in and looked right back down to what she was doing and rudely asked what I needed.
