Overall I definitely would not book this location again due to customer service and the room smelling like pee, and the guy giving me a hard time.

Not safe.
Worst hotel in Dallas no comfort. It's too dam hot in room 91 87. Never has the AC worked. Asked twice for maintenance man. Never came. No sheets, towels. No I've machine It's too hot for a hotel in Texas summer heat. I really would like my money back. ,We wake up in a pool of sweat, no sheets Take showers without towels. And breakfast is horrible.

Room to hot never ice an cool. Couldn't get new sheets or towels. Had ,4 fans in room never ice an cool always wake up in pool sweat. Then on the 10 that they were spraying for bugs on the 11th. Really ... Pay for something that we couldn't use. The place looked ok but once we got in the room ... OMG it was stinky. The room smelled like an old ashtray. Not to mention not very clean. Also found dirty socks in the room. A dirty spoon bent and burnt with some previous tenets drugs on it. There was no trash cans in the room. Es un hotel entre comillas. Ya que hospedan a personas por mes. Llegué y basura por todo lado pañales de bebé tirados en los alrededores de la habitación. Personas fumando marihuana en los pasillos. No entre ni a la habitación. Pedí el reembolso a expedía y no lo hicieron. NO RESEVEN AQUÍ SI NO QUIEREN PASAR UN MAL MOMENTO.

I have already written a review for this property but I have to say why I’m now giving a two star rating! Their WiFi router was in the room! Other then that the property was filthy all common area though out the property was covered in dog poop ! The room I was in had no shower curtain no soap or shampoo the.bathroom and kitchen area was just nasty filthy they so need a new cleaning lady I actually cleaned the entire room with Clorox clean-up
