The location decided to cancel my additional day I added. They claimed “someone” had cancelled it. The front desk person was awful. I’m likely to pursue legal action of some kind against the place. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

I was checked into a room that was trashed and smelled strongly of smoke. I went down to the front desk to request a clean room and they gave me another room that had a broken air conditioning. I ended up not staying at all.

Booked for 10 days, got in super late the first night, checked out the next day and booked somewhere else after having to fight roaches while trying to get a couple hours of sleep.

DO NOT STAY HERE - UNSANITARY CONDITIONS Worst hotel experience I've ever had. Spent nearly $800 for 3 nights in a non-smoking room and the first night we had a room that was smoking. There was only 1 sheet on the bed and it was dirty. The shower was broken and water leaked all over the floor. There were mysterious red stains on the door and the floor and table were sticky. The room was disgusting & infested with roaches all over the walls, floors & ceiling. I had to check my family out of there within a few hours. Hoping to get a full refund.

ROACHES!!! Do not stay here unless you want to share your space with roached. Told front desk and they did not seem concerned. Their workds were "we will spray today" that did not happen for 2 days. We left.
