Staff was helpful and attentive in moving me to a cleaner room. The room that I booked did have bed bugs. I found one on my bed and I found another one inside my pillowcase ( since all 3 pillows & the cases were dirty and was not changed but covered with clean pillowcases and there was a smell on these pillowcases.) The third bed bug was found behind the bed board when it was pulled down. Breakfast was okay.
