Diamond in the rough I had low expectation but when we got settled in, the place, from room, lobby and common area, were clean and organized. Ordinarily, the issues I encounter are AC not working, bathrooms untidy or dirty and rude front desk...Its highly recommended and will go back for future stays.

This stay started off on a wrong foot. We had two rooms and the second room the toilet did't work and she was told that they full but would call another hotel. Next she had found an empty room. The breakfast is non existant. Everything else was good about the rooms.

Quite It is a very quite and non disruptive location. You are able to go for a run in the area and not feel like you were going to be run over. You are also able to walk you dog and not be worried of getting hit.
The room was nice and clean, but the front desk people will not being you towels or bedding you have to get it your self. They should also think about smoking areas instead of letting the guest smoke in front of the doors.
Minimum comforts Hotel is clean. Breakfast was coffee and energy bars. Disappointed.
Not Uplifting (literally) I stayed on third floor and elevator was broken most of the time of my three day stay and appears to be a long-term problem
