Christmas Eve in Dtown I will not be returning here to stay again

Bad honeymoon we Booked a room there for a pre honeymoon my wife and I got married on Friday night. We didn’t actually get to stay there because there were no clean rooms available. The customer service was terrible, the receptionist was very rude she had no sympathy and didn’t really try to help in anyway. She didn’t want to let us in at first but when we made it in she asked to leave and said she couldn’t help us. I have never had such poor customer service.

My night there was ok. Slept well. Needs to update checkout time online it says noon but checkout is at 11am

Staff should be nicer with customer I got my reservation thru Expedia, Expedia forgot to pay hotel that make my check in never finish, I have to call Expedia so they can talk to each other and I have to stay there to wait forever I extended another day for my staying in the hotel, receptionist didn’t find out my reservation he continued to knocked my door and have me came down for nothing cause he finally found it just because Expedia have different name on my reservation And receiptionist was very rude with customer he acte... read more

It was a dark and stormy night. No, really. I did not get to interact with the staff other than check in and out, but they were courteous and professional. It was late and I accidentally booked a smoking room, (it was all they had open). Great news if you are a smoker. Good news for me, it didn't smell like a smoking room. Most smoking rooms have that "funk", that smells like the last guest smoke four packs of Parliments. Good news if you are disabled. There bathroom was wheelchair accessible, toilet and tub.
