Hallway smelled 2nd floor hallway smelled like urine. Windows were open to air it out. My room's carpet was badly stained. Put towels down to walk on. Desk chair missing wheels.

I am glad that I got a good price. The A/C was leaking, the hair dyer was not working. I could not call down to the desk because the phone did not work. There was someone else's clothing behind the dresser.
