Great location, lousy hotel Even though its a budget hotel; it should still be clean. Upon arrival, we were provided excellent service. Everyone was really nice. But our experience went downhill quickly. There was a orange peel in the bathroom that smelled like urine. The bedspread and couch were stained. We couldn't stay in the room overnight. It was gross. The hotel should improve its cleaning standards.

Worst hotel I ever stayed at. Awful hotel. Whole hotel smells like mildew and smell was even stronger in our room. The battery died on the slot where you stick the room key and it took 24 hours before there was someone available to replace it, which meant we had no room keys for that time. We needed to slam the door in order to get it to close from the outside. No room cleaning at all for the 5 days we stayed. On 2 occasions we could not get clean towels. LOBBY LOOKED GREAT!! We stayed at this hotel for 4 days. The hotel had a weird foul odor when first arriving on the 3rd floor. First day our key card didn't work while trying to enter our room, twice in one day. Our check in was handled by a friendly young lady, but while leaving and entering the hotel during our visit, we rarely received a greeting (simple Hello) from the staff. Not worthy of the price I was not clear of the hotel style regarding the cleaning service once a week. My room was smelly with cigarette odor. I found a cigarette under the couch. I never asked for a smoking room yet they gave me one. My clothes were impregnated with that odor. I believe that with ten dollars more I would stay in a better facility. Will not return Issues: 1 - Lobby smelled like rotten eggs which carried over into the elevator on the first day. This was resolved by the evening. 2 - The room did not match the description or the picture on the web site. There was no DvD player for the TV in the room and the room was smaller than expected. 3 - I was surprised to find a very large live roach in my room very early in the morning on my last day. SOMEONE WAS TRYING TO OPEN MY ROOM AT MIDNIGHT I recently stayed on this hotel. On my last stay someone was trying to open my room several times at midnight (around 1:00). After I screamed then this person ran away. Am I so glad lock the room from the inside? I was wondered how this person has the key. Is the person from the hotel’s staff? bad bad hotel We go to Plano about once a month, We were hoping this would be a nice place to stay when ever we visit but no way would i ever go back,Room smelled damp an moldy,carpet was nasty, water stained,ceiling,we arrived late and left to spend the day with our son,when we returned to our room late that night we found our air unit had been leaking for some time and soaked the carpet and all our suitcases and clothes that were sitting on the floor, we had our two small grandchildren with us that was asleep already so ch... read more

Never again The lobby smelled of urine. The pool was closed for cleaning. The air conditioner unit was leaking in the carpet which gave the room a damp and unpleasing odor.
