Not a 3 star Hotel! Nothing too impressive about this hotel but staff was nice and was ok for price/location. Check in was at 3 pm but when we arrived at 6:45pm we were told the room we booked was not ready and to come back in an hour and a half. The guy at the desk was very apologetic but this was disappointing after being on the road all day. The next day when leaving the room we discovered our door did not lock and the front desk said we could just leave our stuff in an unlocked room and they would fix it while we were go... read more

Don't Stay there The place was dirty. We are in July and I took my children who love to swim but we couldn't because the pool was green and it wasn't open. No where on their page did it state the pool was closed..I would not have stayed there. Very disappointed with this place.

Location was great. Comfort and quality lacking. The bed was not comfortable. The a/c did not work well. Only had one bar of soap and no shampoo. Non smoking room in middle of smoking rooms.

This was not a clean hotel. Would never recommend it to anyone! Very dirty. Stained, worn out carpets. Stale, musty odor in rooms. Pillows had a bad odor. Glass closet door was cracked. Toilet was dirty.

Stay away from this hotel!!! reserved 2 non smoking rooms only one was available on arrival. Non smoking floor reeked of curry. Carpets in hallway were worn. TV in one room was non functional. Furniture was worn, Tile in bath was cracked and shower curtain was loose. Continental breakfast was stale and inedible. Overall a horrific experience. Stay away from this hotel

won't stay there again From out of town. Room fairly clean. A/C squealed all night and didn't seem to work well. Room next to exit, so lots of noise.

they did not clean sheets the entire 4 days...how do they expect you to stay in a dirty hotel room? place was not clean at all

Very poor I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Not only did I not get fresh towels or housekeeping service, I could not even get the trash in my rom emptied.

Ew. Feels like a nursing home. Cracked ceiling with water stains. Smells like mildew and urine. Refrigerator in pieces. No shampoo/lotion. Dirty towels on the closet floor. Attacked by an old down pillow with feathers sticking out. Aged stove. Dirty walls. 2 dead spiders on the lamps. Nice staff, but did not fix issues. Breakfast was ok-no waffle/egg. Bagels, bread, cereal and fruits. No juice. Great location. Next to Roy's and Saltgrass Steakhouse. Very close to highway. Noise was not a factor.
