Rooms were dirty. Furniture was sticky. No shampoo or coffee in the rooms. Clerk at the front desk was rude as well. They only clean the rooms "every eight days" we were told. I figured at least one of those days would be when someone new checked it.
Don't Stay Here - Bad Smell The hallways contain trash cans that never get changed and hold collections of various dogs' waste. Our room's previous tenant had taken the iron and burnt shapes into the carpet. You won't get new towels or room service if you are there for less than 9 days. Will stay elsewhere next time It smelled bad; there was hair in the tub and the furniture was torn and falling apart. I understand you get what you pay for and the rate was low; however I will never stay here again as it was very unpleasant and filthy!!
NASTY No one was at the desk when we tried to check in. Lady was dressing as she came to counter. Room smelled of Indian food; carpet, upholstery, & toilet were filthy. Recliner had holes in it & tile floor was broken up. Tried to get a refund when we saw the room, but front desk person said the manager was the only one who could do refunds and he wasn't there. Expedia couldn't help either.

Yall can do better than this... First of all, it took 30 minutes for the clerk to check us in. They claim that I wasn't found in the system or in any of their records. Once we entered the room an immediate putrid smell smacked us right in the face. It smelled HORRIBLE! There were stains scattered all over the entire carpet. The beds were so old and had no firmness to them (you could sink to the floor). Open and used hygienic products were left about the wash room. Looking at the amenities it said a continental breakfast! What a joke. Packaged muffins, breakfast bars & apples. Coffee no juice. Won't return there.

wasn`t impressed Not a place I will stay again! Woke up early by pimp throwing his working girl down the hallway with her screaming for help,elevator inop so had to lug everything up to room on 3rd floor,included breakfast was a joke!

Horrible!!!! The hotel was so terrible and dirty, I left the hotel the minute I walked into the room. I would not even sit on the torn, dirty chair in the room. The bed looked like someone had already been laying on it and was totally unusable for cleanliness sake. I will never use this hotel nor will I ever use Expedia again.
