Disgusting, in need of repairs I didn't expect much out of Plano, but even with low expectations this place disappointed. My room was on the top floor and the elevator was out of service. I asked them if I could get a room on a lower floor and they told me they didn't have any. I asked how long the elevator had been out of service and they told me "a looooong time." Hmm. I also noticed the bathrooms in the lobby were "out of service." I hauled my bags up to the 4th floor via the stairs. My room was stagnant and airless. The ... read more

Lumpy beds This hotel was definitely not comfortable to stay. The beds were lumpy and hard. The pillows were flat and the front desk only had one spare. I wouldn't stay here again.

nice staff but prob won't be back The staff that we interacted with were very friendly so I feel a little bad giving this review but it just wasn't up to my standards for the price. The bedding and towels were very poor quality. The whole hotel is very worn down with stains all over the place. You can hear your neighbors - especially in the room above you can hear them walking around. Breakfast is no more than coffee, some granola bars and fruit. Terrible hotel - good location The hotel was terrible. The front lobby smelled as if something died in it and was rotting. I thought maybe on day one that it was just a problem that day - but for the whole week I was there, I literally had to hold my breath and run for the elevator so as not to become nauscious . The room was basic and not too bad but definete evidence of poor cleaning over an extended period of time that made for an overall gross feel. Train wreck! I booked a suite, with a queen and sofa bed, they gave me the wrong room (not a suite), then a suite with two queens. DISASTER! The AC was beside the sofa bed, and leaked for days (straight), the carpet was soaked, the dishwasher didn't work right. The gal that checked us in was nice, the rest, don't enjoy their job. I was expecting housekeeping a week after arrival, they came 3 days later, why? By the week, I wanted things refreshed, so I had to bring the towels to the front desk myself.
