We notified the hotel(Amy) in the afternoon that we will have late arrival on the arrival day of Oct. 11th. . Guests (international travelers) checked in late after 11pm, the person Keith at front desk was very not helpfu and rudel!!

전반적으로 맘에 들었습니다. 다만, 저렴한 이용요금이다 보니 객실 청소가 6일에 한번이어서 불편했습니다. 적어도 2~3일에 한번은 청소가 되는 요금이었으면 합니다.

Best Budget Hotel in Richardson by far my fifth week in Richardson with a different hotel each week - this is the best by far. Great price, clean and comfy rooms. Fast free internet connection. #awesome
