Great for the price Spacious room, mini kitchen with pots and pans. Nothing fancy, stayed there due to proximity to Garland ISD special events center and great price.

Competively priced for the area Staff was friendly and accomodating. No frills but great value for price and much less expensive than other hotels in immediate vicinity.

Homestead Motel Richardson I stayed at the Homestead for four days. Clean rooms, good price and nice staff. Very few complaints. Yes, it needs some updating but everything was clean and well taken care of.The A/C was great considering it was 111 outside. I would definitely stay there again if the need arises.

Homestead Studio Suites Richardson The best things about this hotel are the location & the front desk staff were very nice. the rest - not so good. The kitchen part of the room was very dirty...sticky, gooey food not cleaned off of counter adjacent to the stove. The floor area in bathroom had missing tiles and dirt/cement was visible (about a 5" x 5" area). Even though this hotel is an older hotel, if it had been clean it would have been okay.

For 99% of people this hotel would be fine For most people this hotel would have been fine. I just needed a place to sleep for a couple nights. It was a good price and the room had more than I expected in it. But I requested a wheelchair accessible room and obviously didn't get one. The first room they gave me was on the second floor, no elevator. The second room didn't have a wheelchair accessible bathroom so I had to go to the bathroom down the hall and I didn't get to take a real shower. I ended up scrubbing myself down w... read more

Convenience Picked this hotel for my daughter to see friends. She said the outside looked better than the inside. It looked nice to me driving by but was told the inside was starting to show wear. As clean as it can be and very convenient location for us.

Always enjoy my time there. This is a really good place to stay , the rooms are clean and comfortable , there are amenities such as an exercise room, and a laundry room. The rooms have a refrigerator , stove, microwave ,also provided dishes, silverware and pots to cook in . Continental breakfast everyday, and friendly service always . It is my home away from home any time I have to stay in town this is where I stay.
