IN town for work, with my guys. Hotel staff was unable to perform customer service for billing issues. Overall for work it is fine.

Normally Good Hotel Just Dirty On This Trip The reason for the rating is that the hotel was undergoing a renovation in the lobby/dining area and unlike other hotels which would work at night and hang plastic so that the mess cannot be seen and put up signs apologizing, you can tell that they just 'did not care' about the mess being very visible. Clean, but outdated. The bedding is older and hard beds. Sarah was very courteous and helpful. Lobby was nice, but rooms are outdated. I think they're renovating.
