I would recommend this hotel to everyone. The hotel services was excellent. The hotel looked very clean and up to date.

Great room for a great price. Very convenient location. However... the name of the hotel is actually extended Stay America. The name mix-up made it very hard to find. (If you are looking for it, it is tucked behind Wendy's.)

Nice for the money I was looking for a hotel where my cat could stay in the room with me. This was the nicest I have found in the Richardson area. It is a nice building with nice rooms in a nice location surrounded by trees and office buildings. None of that freeway noise. My only complaints are about the bed. My king bed was VERY firm. But the main problem is that they need to find mattress pads and bottom sheets that will stay on the bed. can't complain. This type of hotel is a unique take on self catering/B&B. it seems a lot of people use these for extended stay ie for a few weeks or months. whilst it was a bit tired i've stayed in a lot worse that have supposedly been a lot better and have been more expensive. as long as you can sleep through the fridge starting up at various times its quiet and comfortable, i turned mine off at night. dont expect high quality furnishings but everything worked.

Nice hotel Nice price and high quality. Restaurants are close by and you can also cook in your room kitchen with provided cooking wares.
