Texas Trip fitted sheets were so loose they would not stay on the beds; pad under the sheets would bunch up. WiFi didn't work in the room.

Nice hotel very clean,staff very friendly & helpful. The hotel was exactly what I needed & wanted,nothing to expensive & fancy it served my needs perfectly.The location was perfect only about 15 or 20 minutes to my son's house.Good location for reaching the expressways to get anywhere you needed to be.I certainly would stay with them again.

The bed are a little hard but the staff was very helpful.

hard bed The bed mattress was really hard and no elevator to the second floor. Everything else was as good or better than expected.

まわりになにもなし ホテル周辺には見事になにもないので、車がないととても不便だと思います。テキサス大学ダラス校への用事で利用しましたが、もっとも大学に近いホテルとはいえ、歩いていける距離ではありません。 キッチン、冷蔵庫がついているし、部屋も広いのでとても便利です。部屋のわりに値段もとてもリーズナブルだと思います（冬期間）。 リチャードソンはとても安全な街なのでそうなのかもしれませんが、セキュリティーはそれほど厳重ではありません。 スタッフはとても親切で、フレンドリーです。ただ、言い方をかえると、高級ホテルのような対応をしてくれるわけではないということになります。

business stay - hard bed and very dirty carpet the price was low, service was fine, carpet was very stained, the bed might have been the hardest I've had in a hotel in the US.
