not a bad facility. only dislike was that some of the lights didn’t work and the toilet wasn’t cleaned. otherwise the room was nice

Not Bad for A One Night Stay Upon arrival, check in was pleasant but when going to my room, I passed a trash can in the hall that was overflowing and trash bags piled on top. It was till there when I checked out the next morning. I could hear the doors slam every time someone entered and exited the rooms. Breakfast consist of coffee, oatmeal packages, oatmeal bars and packaged mini muffins. Staff was friendly and brought dishes to room. Wi-Fi signal not strong.

Thank you! I have been searching for a clean, economical hotel option in the north Richardson area. Once a month or so I need to spend a night or two in Richardson...my last 2 experiences elsewhere were less than stellar. What a relief to walk into a clean, smoke free room. It was well maintained. This is my new home away from home.

It's ok Room was clean except for the pillows were flat and the heat and cooling unit made a lot of noise. No housekeeping on the weekend unless you pay for it which is ok if you only stay 2 days or less.

CHINESE NEW YEAR IN RICHARDSON TEXAS Like the title says, that is what we were in the area for. The room was clean and comfortable as indicated by the review above. We arrived on Thursday afternoon for Chinese New Year the next day and the festivities and dining experiences that weekend. We were able to attend 9:30 A M service at the Chinese Bible Church before checking out, picking up a few more food items and having lunch at the Plano 99 Ranch Market, then back home.
