If you've stayed at one Extended Stay America you've pretty much stayed at them all. This one is decent.
The internet here is very hit or miss. When you come for business bring a hotspot or mobile internet solution. There's a nice Whole Foods market nearby with High=Speed internet and it's very worth it to go work there all day with no internet service interruptions. There's no business center as promised but the staff says they will print something for you if you need it, and they will receive packagaes for you at the front desk which seems pretty secure for your fedex or ups or even amazon. some good restaurants close enough ... read more

don't go around here at night there's some weird stuff going on but the hotel itself seems pretty safe. a lot of empty beer bottles on the tables in the courtyard in the morning so i guess someone is having a good time here.

Roslyn at the front desk is very helpful and professional. Adam the manager also is knowledgable about how the Extended Stay systems work - if you get them your check in can be smooth. The gym is decent, 2 of the 3 machines work but not the exercise bike. there's never fresh towels in gym so bring one from your room i guess if you're a workout fiend. the coffee is hit or miss and there's only one kind. 3 out of 5 stars it's a fairly typical stay and a somewhat-rundown and outdated ESA hotel. The man who works on the weekends does a pretty good job of keeping the hotel clean. It can be very challenging to know when someone will be at front desk to check you in. also very hard to reach the hotel by phone. seems short staffed.
