It is really hit or miss with this staff. your experience will depend on who you get on a particular day or time of day. when i stay i try not to let the bad ones get to me. there's no amenities and breakfast/coffee is identical each day. great for a one or two day trip IF you get the good or decent staff. 2.5 / 5 stars

Staff at front desk were very helpful and understanding. Only complaint is the maintenance man came to our door and was very rude to my wife and was asking questions that I believe is none of his business and not his job to come to our door .

Miss Rozlyn at the front desk is very dynamic and the property is very clean. Although it's not a traditional hotel - no room service or normal maid service - you can go to the front desk when someone is there from the staff and they will do their best to get you what you need as a guest. Also the gentleman who works on the weekends keeps the interior of the property very clean! downside - the outside courtyard area is unkempt. there is trash in front of the balconys of the guest rooms. the pool is unusable, locked, green wi... read more
