The room was not clean, with cigarets in sink bath and smeling smoke. Need improvement.The hotel management could leaves so clarify about weekend breakfast, clean up room only once a week, etc. When I booked the room, nobody inform us.

Great value for the cost We stayed at the Homestead Studio Suites in Richardson three times during our relocation to Richardson, each time for a week or longer. Make no mistake; this is not a luxury hotel. But, for the cost it is an excellent value. The suites (an efficiency in our case) were clean and comfortable, maintenance was good, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Beware of Service Policy You need to beware that this is not a full service hotel but is geared toward longer term stays. This means no daily room services (make the bed, new towels, etc). We arrived late in the evening and while there was soap available there were no other toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, etc. One complaint is that my wife needed an extra pillow because of a leg condition and the hotel would not supply one with the reason that thy had no extra's.

My stay was great!! My stay was great but the only complaint I have is that it was raining and the water was getting in the card slot because it was not covered and it took many tries for my card to work other than that it was great. I will recommend staying at the Homestead Suites to all my family and friends.

Good stay for the price We only stayed one night, but was very impressed for the price we payed. We will definitely consider this hotel when we are in the area again.
