The hotel in Richardson, TX I like the location of the hotel. I have stayed at this hotel before. However, it always smells and this time the bed sheets did smell very good. This hotel has the potential to be very nice if they would do something about the smells.

The Place To Be The room was nice the facilty was great but I stay at places all around and Internet should not be additional cost.

Would definitely stay again. My family and I stayed at this hotel and would recommend to anyone with children. The staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The day we arrived it rained so the city closed the pool. BIG dissappointment for our three boys. The day clerk made arrangments at another hotel across the street for us to swim in their pool. Had a great time and would definitely stay there again.

Nice location The location was great kind if hidden. But not too far from great dining and retail. The room was big only the night lamps we not working and some trash behind the bed notice trying to connect the lamps that didn't work. Also when calling the front desk multiple times there was no answer. Other than these issues I'd recommend for brief stays not for long visits.

Homestead Suites Dallas A very central location, right off the main highway. The room was clean with the exception of the curtains that have seen better days. I do not spend much time in the room so for my needs of a secure, clean, well priced room is critical it was just right. About the only complaint I would have is that they would start vacuming the hallway at nine in the morning, not allowing for extended sleep if out on the town the night before. Will go back. Since there is a high turn over in rooms, be sure to check your room for cleanliness. We did and found it had not been cleaned. However, we called the desk and immediately, the room was cleaned. My only complaint is that even when you ask for a non-smoking suite, you can be booked on a smoking floor without being told.
